Alan Weber - 602.363.0235
Coach Weber began his rugby career in Australia. His rugby playing and coaching career spans over four decades:
1966-68 Schoolboy rugby in Australia making 1st XV.
1970-75 he played and coached at Miami University of Ohio Rugby Club.
1976-79 Cincinnati Wolfhounds Flyhalf and Ohio Union Selects Flyhalf
Coach Weber is currently a High school teacher in the Northwest valley so he is very familiar and experienced at coaching this age group. He also coaches high school volleyball and basketball
Ryan Kelly - 602.670.9063
Coach Kelly began his rugby career at the University of Arizona in 1984. He captained the University of Arizona squad from 1985-1988. In 1988, he was named by the United States Rugby Football Union to the U.S. Collegiate All-American team, becoming the first player ever from the State of Arizona to achieve the honor. He subsequently attended law school at Arizona State University and continued his playing career with the Phoenix Rugby Club, eventually captaining Phoenix to its first playoff appearance. He has played on select side teams from Arizona, the Inland Pacific, the Pacific Coast and U-25 national team. He played territorial level rugby for both the 15s and 7s Pacific Coast teams. Coach Kelly has played throughout the United States and toured Australia and New Zealand. He has previously assisted in coaching the Phoenix Rugby Club and Arizona State University and has assisted with training camps for the All-Arizona and the University of Arizona teams. While he played many positions during his career, the vast bulk of his playing experience was at the flanker position. Coach Kelly was a practicing Arizona attorney for over 15 years. He shifted careers three years ago and is now the Director of Sales and Marketing for Contemporary Web Plus, Inc., an Arizona-based software develpment company. He is married to Linda (a former world record powerlifter and ASU diver) and has four daughters ranging in age from 4-15.
